Legal Authority to Collect PII

- Manage employee and dependent enrollment/disenrollment
- Handle coverage changes (e.g., hires, separations, dependents)
- Assist with appeals
- Provide customer service, complaint handling, and error corrections
- Communicate with QHP issuers, regulators, and CMS
- Conduct quality assurance and consumer satisfaction assessments
- Provide educational materials on health coverage
- Carry out other CMS-approved functions
